We understand the importance of data backup & system availability.

• For backup, we recommend an external network hard drive to copy the data every x hours. Cloud backup is also another option. Either method complies with HIPAA regulations.
• For service availability, we are always available to help you with your needs. To avoid interruption of your system a server replica is installed receiving data constantly from the production server.

Patient confidentiality is maintained by password expiration periodically and password protected screens and report generation options and the use of secure network protocols and VPN.

• Results are generated by user defined departments by: Date & Clients, Patient Cumulative or Specific Tests.

These tests are setup globally or for each client and added to a patient at the technician discretion. For example, when certain results of a Urinalysis test are positive then order a Urine Culture.

These panels once created may be added to the client window to print at the bottom of the requisitions
