Backup & Availability
We understand the importance of data backup & system availability.
For backup, we recommend an external network hard drive to copy the data every x hours. Cloud backup is also another option. Either method complies with HIPAA regulations.
For service availability, we are always available to help you with your needs. To avoid interruption of your system a server replica is installed receiving data constantly from the production server.

Reflex Tests
These tests are setup globally or for each client and added to a patient at the technician discretion. For example, when certain results of a Urinalysis test are positive then order a Urine Culture.

These panels once created may be added to the client window to print at the bottom of the requisitions

You may add unlimited documents to patients, their encounters and results.
